This is the best spinach dip!
1 pk. frozen chopped spinach - drained
1 pk. knorr veg. recipe mix
1 small carton sour cream
1 1/4 c. real mayo
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together in an oven safe dish. Bake at 400 for 10 min.
I tear up french or italian bread and bake it on a sheet in the oven with the spinach dip for 10 min
You can also serve this with any type of chip or cracker to scoop it up that you like.
